Experience Days

Your voucher admits one adult and is non-transferable. You will need to provide the email address used to purchase this voucher when you book your Experience Day.

Michael Hart reserves the right to cancel experience days and offer an alternative date. This is a gift certificate and cannot be used as payment for further services and will be valid until used. We will do our best to schedule your experience day before this date, but if a mutually convenient date cannot be found before this date we will – at our discretion – extend the expiry date of the voucher and confirm this in writing to you.

CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend your day please notify us as soon as possible in order that we can fill your slot with another participant from our cancellation list. Failure to notify us within 48 hours before your day, regardless of reason, will forfeit your voucher as we will not have a reasonable amount of time to re-allocate your slot.

Michael Hart is not responsible for a Gift Certificate if it is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
